Limit - May only use three times per battle.

Negate
Send a blast of wind at an oncoming attack, negating it.

Vulnerable - Leaves user vulnerable to an oncoming attack, reducing your next defencive move's Defend Value by 20. Only valid during the Phase it was used.

Predict an oncoming attack and preform the necessary actions to reduce damage.
