Limit - May only use three times per battle.

Negate Send a blast of wind at an oncoming attack, negating it. [P0] [n3] [N4] Defend: All AP: 3 [ID] [UPT1] [AB/DA] Vulnerable - Leaves user vulnerable to an oncoming attack, reducing your next defencive move's Defend Value by 20. Only valid during the Phase it was used.
